That’s why, together with Valeria Omelianenko - Paid Media Design Team Lead, we’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our new team transforming the EdTech industry. What will you do: Create marketing creatives for the Nibble product; Explore, test, and implement new AI tools and services to enhance creative workflows; Analyze creative performance and independently generate hypotheses for improvement; Collaborate with creative marketers and contribute to brainstorming sessions; Generate ideas that can influence product features and content; Collaborate closely with creative marketers; Share knowledge and contribute to team expertise. What do you need to join us: 2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer; Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition; Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator); Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activity, and niche developments; Experience using AI tools; High attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective solutions; A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work; Learn quickly and adapt to change; Alignment with the values of our team ( SELECT ). Would be a plus: Experience with After Effects or CapCut; Performance-driven mindset: experience with testing and hypothesis validation; Experience analyzing competitors using Ads Library.
