About the Position
Connecting Saudi is seeking motivated, professional, and well-connected Marketing & Employer Relations Officers to build relationships with companies requiring skilled, semi-skilled, and general workers.
This is not a traditional retail sales or telesales position. The role focuses on identifying employers with workforce requirements, communicating with decision-makers, assessing their staffing needs, introducing Connecting Saudi’s recruitment and workforce solutions, and helping secure employment, recruitment, outsourcing, or manpower-service contracts.
Connecting Saudi supports employers seeking qualified workers who are legally residing in Saudi Arabia or being recruited internationally, including from Bangladesh. Depending on the employer’s requirements and applicable Saudi regulations, our services may include recruitment, candidate screening, documentation, mobilization, accommodation, transportation, work-permit coordination, and assistance with government-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies with current or anticipated workforce requirements.
- Contact employers through telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Communicate with business owners, HR departments, procurement teams, project managers, and operations managers.
- Arrange and attend virtual or in-person meetings with prospective employers.
- Visit companies when necessary to assess their workforce requirements.
- Present Connecting Saudi’s recruitment and workforce-support services professionally.
- Collect complete information regarding required occupations, number of workers, qualifications, salaries, working hours, benefits, contract terms, and deployment schedules.
- Generate qualified employer inquiries and help secure workforce-service contracts.
- Prepare professional emails, presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate employer requirements with the company’s recruitment, documentation, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, inquiries, follow-ups, and contract progress.
- Submit regular activity and achievement reports to management.
- Protect the company’s reputation, business information, and client confidentiality.
Work Arrangement
This is a flexible, performance-focused position. Successful candidates will generally work independently from their own location without fixed daily office hours.
Most research, communication, and follow-up will be conducted online, by telephone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings. Candidates must also be prepared to visit prospective employers and attend in-person meetings when required.
Although there will be no continuous direct supervision, each officer will be responsible for maintaining professional communication, submitting regular reports, and achieving agreed performance objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in marketing, employer relations, recruitment, human resources, business development, corporate outreach, or communications is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with company decision-makers.
- Strong research, networking, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the business community in Jeddah, Makkah, or Taif.
- Arabic communication skills are required; English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment, workforce outsourcing, manpower services, or Saudi employment procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and without continuous supervision.
- Reliable internet and telephone access.
- A valid Saudi driving licence and access to transportation are preferred.
Compensation and Incentives
Compensation: Primarily commission and performance-based incentives; any base compensation will be subject to individual agreement.
This is primarily a performance-based position. Compensation will be based on successfully secured and completed employer contracts, in accordance with the company’s commission policy.
Additional incentives may be awarded for achieving agreed targets and exceptional results. Any base compensation, allowance, commission rate, payment conditions, and performance requirements will be discussed and confirmed in writing with the selected candidate before starting.
Candidates seeking a guaranteed fixed monthly salary regardless of performance may not be suitable for this position.
