As the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator, you'll: Support marketing and communications campaigns through content scheduling, asset coordination, and reporting. Manage CRM contact data to ensure accuracy and enable targeted outreach. Coordinate logistics for hosted, attended, and digital events - making every detail count. Provide vital administrative support, including diary management and meeting preparation. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and member engagement. Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role: Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Knowledge of CRM systems and event planning principles. How we work We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model – you’ll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week. Some travel may be required to support on-site customer activity.
