Marketing Executive, Card Acquisition

Join the American Express Card Acquisition team to drive new Card Member acquisition through digital marketing channels. You'll manage and optimize online campaigns, support the digital application journey, collaborate with internal teams and agency partners, and analyze campaign performance to deliver business growth. We're looking for a degree holder with 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services or the credit card industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, experienced in paid digital channels, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Optimize and monitor online channel performance to drive NAA (new card acquisition) for propriety products through eMGM and digital channels. Work with agencies and external partners to develop effective strategies, execution plan and performance tracking across online acquisition channels, including Display Media, Affiliates, Programmatic, SEM and SEO Optimize prospect journey (amex.com.hk) and acquisition microsites to drive better conversion and submit rate. Collaborate with Product teams and Brand & Loyalty to meet and exceed acquisition targets Manage online banner development and content update for acquisition microsite and amex.com Manage the development and timely production of marketing creative assets, including digital banners, eDMs, landing pages, and other promotional materials Manage eApply (digital acquisition journey) update and maintenance Support campaign codes setup to enable accurate reporting and campaign tracking Work closely with Central marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource Manage acquisition campaign offer fulfillment Conduct weekly/monthly targeted channels performance tracking A&P and Invoice / payment management 3+ years solid digital marketing experience Degree in marketing or business related disciplines Solid digital marketing knowledge on Social Media platform, Search and Display Media Candidate with similar financial institutions / credit card industry background is preferred Solid experience to work with creative and media agency Strong Will to Win and passion to drive solid business results Understand emerging digital marketing tactics, channel metrics, industry best practices Ability to drive execution, optimize resources, and develop innovative solutions Analytical, sound business acumen, attention to details and processes Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking in matrix environment Able to work independently with self-motivation
