Your Day on A Page We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive – Development to join our Marketing team in Victoria, supporting our portfolio of retirement living developments during an exciting period of growth. Working collaboratively with sales, operations and project development teams, you will play a key role in delivering strategic marketing initiatives that bring our brand vision to life and create exceptional customer experiences. Leveraging your outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, you will contribute to the success of our development portfolio through a strong focus on campaign delivery, event management, communications, content creation and data-driven marketing insights. As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships, influence key stakeholders, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive results. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include: Assist with project management and implementing tailored marketing plans including briefing, campaigns, creative execution, event management and stakeholder liaison Oversee the curation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media Develop and manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer experience Play a pivotal role in place activation and customer experience whilst liaising with sales teams to optimise their sales and traffic through these marketing activities Align stakeholders to marketing delivery and gain endorsement on key initiatives and campaigns Extract and analyse data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts as required Assist in the development of insights, implementation plans and post campaign analysis of campaigns and projects to demonstrate value and return on investment. Assist in the administration of supplier agreements and invoices Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and lead the compilation of reports on behalf of the region Please note: The successful candidate will be required to travel as required to sites across their VIC portfolio. About you: Your passion for developing innovative marketing strategies will see you succeed in this role, as will: A tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a marketing executive, preferably in the property development or real estate industry. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and positive approach A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms The ability to draw on market and customer insights to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules Having great attention to detail and time management skills Keyton Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme A supportive and friendly work environment Hybrid working environment – opportunity to work from home 4x Wellbeing Days (one per quarter).
