We are seeking a marketing-driven Marketing Executive (Digital & Growth) based in Manila (remote-based) to support both client marketing delivery and Verz Design’s internal growth initiatives. Job Summary As a Marketing Executive (Digital & Growth) at Verz Design, you will: - Support the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content. - Work closely with internal teams including SEO, paid media, designers, copywriters, and the web team. - Contribute to Verz Design’s own marketing performance by supporting initiatives such as website enhancements, testimonials, case studies, press release planning, and social media calendar management. - Demonstrate strong coordination, communication, and execution skills. Responsibilities - Inbound Marketing & Website Enhancement: - Collaborate with web and digital teams to refine web pages, landing pages, and content layouts aligned with conversion-focused strategies. - Coordinate across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content teams to support inbound marketing efforts and drive qualified leads. - Support ongoing website enhancements and content updates to improve performance and lead conversion. - Testimonials & Case Studies Development: - Develop client testimonials, with a focus on video testimonials that showcase outcomes and customer satisfaction. - Build structured case studies for use on the website, proposals, and social media to strengthen Verz’s credibility. - Reputation & Review Management: - Oversee and enhance the agency’s reputation by managing and improving reviews on platforms like Google, Shopify, and Glassdoor. - Implement a proactive strategy for reputation management to increase positive visibility and client engagement. - Social Media Management: - Coordinate social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent branding and messaging. - Plan and manage social media content calendars, working with design and copy teams to execute posts and campaigns. - Email Marketing Planning: - Support email marketing planning and execution with the Verz Email Marketing team, aligned with inbound goals and lead nurturing. - Assist with newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer re-engagement initiatives. - Collaboration & Content Development: - Work closely with Verz’s in-house digital marketing teams (SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing) to create cohesive content that aligns with overarching inbound marketing strategies. - Manage content development across digital channels to support lead generation and client retention efforts. - Event Planning and Coordination: - Support the Business Development team in organising marketing events (webinars, seminars, workshops) with vendors and partners. - Account Executive: - Proactively re-engage with existing Singapore-based clients to assess current satisfaction, evolving needs, and potential service gaps. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services, such as SEO, digital media buying, e-commerce solutions, and digital transformation projects. - Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain active communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service alignment. - Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored solutions that align with client goals and help enhance their digital presence. - Prepare and present proposals, service updates, and account growth reports to clients, reinforcing Verz Design’s commitment to their success. Additional Notes - Duties and responsibilities may be varied, changed, or revised according to Verz Design business conditions. Any changes will be discussed with the employee before they become effective. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus). - Good understanding of digital channels (SEO, Google Ads/SEM, social media, email marketing). - Familiarity with basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console) is a plus. - Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. - Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
