About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Expert to drive our B2B marketing and lead generation efforts. This is a hybrid strategic and operational role for someone who enjoys developing marketing strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, create content, analyze performance, and continuously improve results.

You'll own the marketing funnel from awareness to lead generation, working closely with internal stakeholders, Microsoft, and strategic partners to build impactful campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the B2B marketing and lead generation strategy.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget.
• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously improve marketing activities.
• Develop communication strategies that support business and brand objectives.
• Drive lead generation through webinars, newsletters, email marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Partner Manager to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, product updates, one-pagers, product sheets, flyers, presentations, emails, and press releases.
• Coordinate website updates and optimization.
• Coordinate the creation of visual content with designers and external partners.
• Support internal communication initiatives.

Your Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven experience creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding writing and communication skills in English.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience marketing SaaS solutions is a plus.
