We are seeking an enthusiastic and data-minded Trade Marketing Services Intern to support our growing marketing solutions team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience helping brands and seller partners elevate their presence on Trendyol through targeted channel strategies, media plans, and campaign execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams like CRM, Digital, and Influencer marketing, you will assist in analyzing campaign performance, pitching marketing solutions, and driving growth for local and international accounts in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies, including media planning, channel activation, and campaign performance reporting. Support collaborative relationships with key brand partners, helping align their promotional activities with "Trendyol Marketing Solutions" objectives. Leverage e-commerce data and seller feedback to help identify growth opportunities for partner retention, seller acquisition, and engagement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Digital, Influencer, and Product) to track campaign performance and refine product features. Support phone and video call interactions to introduce and pitch marketing solutions and new initiatives to seller partners. Help analyze post-campaign results and gather insights to ensure marketing features meet customer expectations and drive overall satisfaction. Assist in tracking e-commerce metrics to support win-back, retention, and onboarding strategies for international and local accounts. Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, new marketing opportunities, and best practices within the Gulf e-commerce landscape. Support the preparation of marketing presentations and business insights by consolidating relevant market data, trends, and findings into clear and actionable recommendations. Assist in identifying and testing new marketing initiatives by gathering feedback from sellers and internal stakeholders, and supporting pilot initiatives to improve the seller experience and marketing solutions Expected Qualifications Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred). High interest in trade marketing, brand management, e-commerce, and digital marketing ecosystems (including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Influencer networks). Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven strategic thinking and problem-solving. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and participate in business communications and pitches. Saudi National status is required. Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
