Marketing Intern

As our next Marketing Intern , you will join our Commercial Operations & Marketing team and support initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and engage our target audiences across Europe and the United States. Through a combination of content creation, campaign execution, market research, and project coordination, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives that support our business objectives. About the role Are you a Marketing, Communications, or PR student looking to take the next step in your professional development? In this role, you'll work closely with the Commercial Operations & Marketing team, supporting a variety of marketing initiatives and gaining exposure to different aspects of brand management, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued development of BASE life science's brand and market presence. Your responsibilities include: Supporting marketing plans and campaigns, from concept through execution. Writing and editing engaging content for LinkedIn, our website, and internal and external communications. Creating content for LinkedIn and our website, including copy, graphics, and video aligned with our brand and objectives. Conducting market research and analytics to identify trends and generate insights that support marketing strategies. Supporting the maintenance of our online presence, including LinkedIn and basic SEO activities. Assisting with event coordination, internal promotional activities, and reporting on marketing initiatives. Coordinating stakeholder input and supporting project timelines. Collaborating across teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. What makes you the best person for this job? You are not afraid to share ideas, take initiative, and work across departments to bring plans to life. On top of this, you have the following competences: Ongoing or completed Bachelor's degree, or enrolment in a Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Must-have: The ability to sign an internship agreement of at least six months with your university or educational institution. An open, curious mindset and enthusiasm for contributing fresh ideas. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A structured approach to problem-solving and execution. Experience creating visual content using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar applications. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools. It's a plus if you also have: Familiarity with marketing and digital tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Practical use of AI tools to support marketing, content creation, and everyday workflows.
