Marketing Intern Description: Clune Tech is a world-leading provider of international taxation, finance, and fulfilment services to clients in over 100 countries ranging from blue-chip financial service companies to individual investors & cross-border workers. Sprintax , part of Clune Tech, is a web-based tax return preparation software that provides a number of tax related services to non-residents in the United States. We help thousands of international visitors such as students, scholars, teachers, trainees, researchers, work and travel participants and other foreign individuals that are temporary in the United States each year with the preparation of their tax returns. This is a paid 3-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. It's an entry-level position, ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international company. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to generate clear, creative ideas and concepts. • Help bring marketing initiatives to life, from understanding brand positioning and target audiences to shaping the content that reaches them. • Create and adapt content — posts, stories, and short-form video (with a focus on video). • Assemble short-form video ads with text overlays, voiceovers, and transitions optimized for mobile feeds. • Use generative AI tools to draft ad copy and generate creative concepts. • Test variations of ad creatives — different hooks, CTAs, and visual styles — to see what performs best. • Plan and schedule posts in the content calendar, and track KPIs like engagement, reach, and traffic. • Present completed ideas to the team, and stay on top of design and social media trends. Requirements: • Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field — no prior work experience required. • An organized, proactive mindset that combines analytical thinking with creative marketing ideas. • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. • Tech-savvy, with a basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Strong written and verbal English — you'll be writing punchy ad copy and scripts. What you'll learn: • Content planning — how to shape content around audience, platform, and marketing goals. • Content creation — how to adapt ideas across formats and what makes content genuinely engaging. • Short-form video — how to plan, shoot, edit, and format video for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Analytics & performance — how to read reach, impressions, engagement, and traffic, and what they tell you. • Creative tools — hands-on time with Canva, HubSpot, and other tools used in day-to-day content production. • Social trends — how to spot what's relevant and decide what's worth adapting for a brand. • How social media fits into the bigger picture — working alongside Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
