Marketing Intern (PMO & Events) - 6 Months Internship We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time. We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems. We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our PMO & Events team, getting hands-on exposure to project management, co-marketing, and both offline and online events, while helping bring our community to life. What to expect: Support the smooth planning and delivery of marketing projects, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track. Help build and maintain strong co-marketing partnerships that expand Osome's reach. Contribute to offline and online events that run smoothly and leave a strong impression on attendees. Support community activation efforts that keep our audience engaged and growing. If you want to build confidence, judgement, and ownership, it will be. What you'll do: Assist in coordinating marketing projects across teams, tracking progress and flagging blockers. Support co-marketing campaigns and partnership activities, from planning through execution. Help plan, set up, and run offline and online events – webinars, meetups, roadshows, and more. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and materials for events. Engage with and help grow our community across relevant channels and platforms. Prepare recaps, reports, and documentation for completed projects and events. Who you are: A fresh graduate or fresh postgraduate – no prior work experience required. Ambitious, a quick learner, and detail-oriented (fastidious!). Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A plus point if you're fluent in Chinese as well as English You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
