Marketing Lawyer

We are looking for a lawyer who will support the marketing team in designing and executing promotional activities compliant with regulatory requirements applicable to investment firms. This role combines legal advisory with a real impact on marketing strategy across multiple markets. Requirements: Law degree 1–2 years of legal experience gained in a law firm advising financial sector clients or supporting e-commerce/creative/advertising industries is an advantage Good knowledge of consumer law, intellectual property law, and capital markets law, in particular regulations and guidelines relating to the promotion of brokerage/investment services (knowledge of financial instruments trading will be an additional asset) Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks Ability to balance legal requirements with business needs (solution-oriented approach) Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory, daily work in English). Responsibilities: Ensuring that marketing activities comply with financial sector regulations (MiFID II, ESMA guidelines) as well as consumer protection laws Assessing communications against the “fair, clear and not misleading” standard and identifying risks of misleading consumers Reviewing and approving marketing materials Supporting cross-border marketing initiatives, taking into account local consumer regulations and supervisory practices Participating in the development and implementation of internal marketing policies and standards; Monitoring regulatory developments (in particular in the areas of consumer protection, digital communication, dark patterns, and disclosure requirements) Supporting the negotiation and review of marketing-related agreements.
