Marketing Lead (AI-First)

We're HeyHiHello, a fully remote design, build and growth agency helping startups, scaleups and ambitious brands launch better products and grow them.

We're looking for one person to own our marketing function and turn it into a predictable demand engine.

This isn't a traditional marketing role where you're expected to do everything yourself. You'll have AI workflows, an in-house design team, developers, a PPC agency, PR budget and direct access to the directors. Your job is to build the system, improve it and make sure marketing ships consistently.

You'll own

• Content strategy and production

• LinkedIn, website and SEO growth

• Email marketing (warm and cold)

• CRM management and lead nurturing

• CRO and landing page optimisation

• PPC and PR agency management

• Reporting, analytics and performance

• Qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings

We're looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely AI-first (ChatGPT, Claude or similar are part of your daily workflow)

• Has experience building and improving AI marketing workflows

• Thinks in systems, not one-off campaigns

• Is comfortable across the full marketing funnel

• Writes exceptionally well in English

• Loves testing, measuring and improving performance

• Thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
