Wood is currently recruiting for a Marketing Lead on a permanent contract to join our team to support the Asia-Pacific region Point of Hire: Perth or Brisbane or Melbourne Reporting functionally to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Lead is responsible for shaping the positioning and promotion of Wood and its solutions to strengthen client understanding and support business growth. This role sets clear marketing objectives and leads the development and execution of marketing plans and go‑to‑market strategies that increase brand awareness, elevate Wood’s market presence, and deliver measurable impact. The Marketing Lead will create and drive integrated marketing plans aligned to regional growth priorities, ensuring focus, consistency and effective contribution to overall business goals. University degree or equivalent in a marketing, communications or related field Preferably 5+ years’ experience in a communications and/or marketing role, preferably within the energy or mining industry Knowledge of communication and marketing methods and channels relevant to a large, complex organisation Knowledge of market and industry issues and trends Experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels, measurement tools and metrics, best practices and trends Highly creative thinker, problem solver, excellent presenter and persuader Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude Attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects concurrently and take responsibility for project delivery Ability to influence and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Champion and drive innovation and change initiatives, focused on improving quality and effectiveness Develop engaging marketing solutions that connect with multicultural audiences across a variety of channels You must have full Australian work rights to be considered for this role.
