About Question Beauty

Question Beauty is a fast-growing colour cosmetics brand known for bold, expressive products, including our viral multichrome mascara toppers, pigments, palettes, glosses and setting sprays.

As we scale internationally and prepare for larger retail opportunities, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to bring structure, consistency and strategic leadership to our marketing function.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be the guardian of the Question Beauty brand and owner of the integrated marketing calendar.

You will lead our internal marketing and creative team, oversee external agencies, and ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

This role is ideal for an organised, commercially minded marketer who can balance brand strategy with hands-on team management, creative approvals and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Question Beauty brand across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
• Own and manage the master marketing calendar across product launches, campaigns, promotions, social media, email, influencer marketing and paid media.
• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of successful and timely product launches.
• Organise product and campaign shoots, including concepts, shot lists, talent, production partners, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage a team of three designers, including creative briefs, priorities, feedback and approvals across paid, organic, e-commerce and campaign assets.
• Manage the Marketing Coordinator and Influencer Marketing Specialist, setting clear priorities, deadlines and performance expectations.
• Own the organic social media strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, growth objectives and performance reviews.
• Oversee external creative, email and creator agencies, ensuring strong quality, communication, alignment and accountability.
• Ensure all internal teams and external partners are aligned around campaign objectives, messaging and deadlines.
• Track marketing performance, identify learnings and improve future campaigns, launches and channel strategies.
• Build effective processes that reduce bottlenecks and remove the founder from day-to-day marketing management, briefs, approvals and follow-ups.

• Influencer and social media activity is guided by a defined strategy and measurable objectives.
• The founder is no longer required to manage routine marketing execution.
• Marketing supports both short-term revenue and long-term brand growth.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or integrated marketing.
• Experience managing internal team members and external agencies.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, social media, influencer marketing, email and paid creative.
• Experience planning product launches or integrated campaigns.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Able to write clear creative briefs and provide confident, constructive feedback.
• Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets and performance.
• Proactive, decisive and able to take ownership without constant direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving e-commerce or entrepreneurial environment.

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, Shopify, international marketing or retail expansion would be highly regarded.
