🛠️ Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO:

• Own AI Kosmo’s marketing strategy, editorial calendar and performance reporting
• Manage the company’s social media channels, including content creation
• Plan, manage and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns
• Own the company blog and case studies, from planning and production to publication
• Manage the website’s content, SEO, GEO, conversion optimization, and user experience
• Monitor GA4, conversion tracking, campaign attribution, and produce actionable reports
• Plan and organize monthly webinars and marketing events
• Manage email marketing, newsletters and CRM activities
• Stay closely aligned with product development and turn product updates into clear content
• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels, sales materials and external profiles
• Take ownership of additional initiatives based on your skills, interests and the company’s priorities

✅ Requirements

Key Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Practical knowledge of SEO, GEO, paid advertising, email marketing and analytics
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and conversion tracking
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Data-driven mindset and ability to turn results into actions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Interest in artificial intelligence and hospitality technology

Useful Skills (not mandatory but appreciated)

• Professional proficiency in German
• Knowledge of or experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience with HubSpot

• Proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
