Job Description This is a remote position. This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Strategy. You will work directly with executive leadership and sales team leading the marketing business function to drive pipeline generation and improve go-to-market performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing projects, coaching, developing talent, and using data to drive decisions. Requirements What You'll Own • Manage execution of marketing campaigns. • Coordinate content, email, social, and demand-generation initiatives. • Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Improve marketing workflows and automation. • Monitor prospecting activities and performance metrics. • Ensure CRM data quality and process compliance. • Track lead progression and conversion performance. • Create repeatable marketing campaign playbooks. This role is not about managing activity. • 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related fields. • Experience managing projects and coordinating teams. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work across multiple departments. • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build.
