Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives for Manifest Agency and its clients. This position leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand positioning, digital marketing activities, media buying plans, and content-driven initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, managing campaign calendars, coordinating with creative and content teams, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

The Marketing Manager also maintains client relationships, prepares reports and presentations, and ensures all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Collaboration, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, with the ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans.
• Strong digital marketing skills (e.g., social media management, email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM) and familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in content-focused marketing, including briefing and collaborating on localized content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement tactics.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Previous experience in an international or local agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
