Marketing Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. MARKETING MANAGER | REMOTE Luxury Travel | Full-Time | Work From Home Are you a strategic, commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for luxury travel and African destinations? My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, paid media performance and ROI in an exciting fully remote role. You’ll take ownership of the marketing strategy and budget, with a strong focus on driving sales, optimising ROI and growing brand performance. • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns • Own and manage the marketing budget and ROI • Lead and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads • Monitor performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities • Oversee HubSpot and marketing automation initiatives • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing and lead conversion • Build relationships with agencies, vendors and external partners • Work closely with Sales, Reservations and Operations • Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist • Oversee website, social media, print and brand content • Support consumer and trade events and presentations Location: Remote | South Africa Ready to take the lead in luxury travel marketing? Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field • 3+ years’ experience in luxury travel marketing • Africa destination knowledge highly advantageous • Proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads with a strong ROI focus • Experience with HubSpot, Wix and Google Analytics • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar • Proven track record of campaigns that drive sales growth • Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing staff • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits This is a work-from-home position.
