About Us

We are an international brand specializing in vaping / e-cigarette products, with a strong presence across Southeast Asia and Europe. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a marketing expert who deeply understands the local Indonesian market to lead brand building and channel growth in the Greater Jakarta area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy Development

• Develop integrated online-to-offline marketing strategies based on consumer insights specific to the Indonesian market (especially Greater Jakarta) to increase brand market share.

1. Localized Execution

• Plan and execute local campaigns including KOL/influencer collaborations, social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and offline activation (pop-up events, roadshows, in-store promotions).

1. Channel Enablement

• Collaborate remotely with the sales team to provide marketing collaterals, promotional programs, and POS materials for distributors and retail partners to drive sell-through.

1. Compliance & Risk Management

• Stay up-to-date with Indonesian government regulations regarding e-cigarette/vaping products, including tax policies, advertising restrictions, and distribution rules—ensuring all marketing activities are fully compliant.

1. Performance Analytics

• Track and measure campaign ROI, and continuously optimize marketing spend and tactics based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience in the vaping/e-cigarette, consumer electronics (3C), or FMCG sectors.
• Candidates with existing connections to local Indonesian retail channels (e.g., Indomaret / Alfamart networks or vape specialty stores) are strongly preferred.

Language Skills

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) – must be able to work as a working language.
• Proficient in English or Mandarin Chinese for reporting to headquarters.

Professional Skills

• Familiar with Indonesian social media algorithms and paid advertising tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and content review skills, with cultural sensitivity to Indonesian religious and social norms (including awareness of halal/non-halal sensitivities in marketing messages).

Personal Attributes

• Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills—able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally within the Greater Jakarta area for store visits, events, or team meetings as needed.
