This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, drive change, and contribute to business growth in a collaborative international environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the local marketing strategy for Electrolux Professional in Norway. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand, driving lead generation, and supporting sales through effective marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with local leadership, sales teams, dealers, and marketing colleagues across Norway, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, and the global organization, you will ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role suited for you who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute local marketing strategies. Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Generate qualified leads and drive customer engagement to support sales growth. Create and adapt engaging content for newsletters, product launches, events, industry communications, and other marketing channels. Manage and optimize website content and social media channels. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM. Coordinate product launches, market introductions, and go-to-market activities in Norway. Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement through insights and recommendations. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Prepare and present marketing performance reports and recommendations to management. Build strong relationships with dealer partners, external agencies, and key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functional with local, regional, and global teams to maximize business impact. WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE You are a marketing professional with a few years of experience in a similar role. You can turn insights and performance data into effective marketing activities that drive business results. You are comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms, and you thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. You are a positive, curious, and self-driven person who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships across the organization. You know how to engage stakeholders and leverage internal networks to achieve business goals. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into continuous improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Meritorious: Experience in B2B marketing. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
