As a Marketing Manager, Fine Fragrance, you will translate cultural movements, consumer behaviors, and market insights into actionable opportunities that support client growth and innovation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Scent Creation, Sales, and technical functions to develop strategic narratives and fragrance concepts that resonate in the marketplace. Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop strategic marketing concepts, innovation territories, storytelling frameworks, and compelling client presentations. Monitor fragrance market developments, product launches, brands, and emerging consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities. Translate cultural movements, consumer behaviors, and market trends into relevant business recommendations and innovation platforms. Turn research findings, market data, and consumer insights into clear and actionable strategic guidance. Support clients as a trusted strategic partner by identifying growth, positioning, and innovation opportunities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to develop differentiating fragrance concepts and solutions. Contribute to thought leadership and future-focused market perspectives within Fine Fragrance. Strengthen client engagement through compelling narratives that connect creativity, market expertise, and consumer insights. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, International Relations, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in Marketing, ideally within the fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or consumer goods industries. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, brand strategy, and innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex research, market data, and consumer insights into clear strategic recommendations. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international, and multicultural environments. How Would You Stand Out? Experience working directly with Fine Fragrance brands or within luxury categories. Knowledge of trend forecasting, cultural research, and innovation strategy methodologies.
