Our client is a growing short-term vacation rental and property management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping property owners maximize the performance of their vacation rental investments.

As the company continues to grow its hospitality portfolio, they are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager / AI-Enabled Marketing Strategist to own brand, content, digital marketing, and growth initiatives across multiple properties and audiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-sufficient, AI-focused Marketing Specialist to join a growing vacation rental business. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive marketer who understands how to use AI tools to improve content creation, streamline marketing workflows, and produce high-quality, customer-facing copy.

The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with strong conversational writing skills and the ability to create content that sounds natural, engaging, and human—not overly formal or AI-generated.

You will take ownership of marketing and content initiatives with minimal supervision, particularly supporting the onboarding of approximately three new vacation rental properties per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and content for approximately 3 new vacation rental properties per week.
• Write engaging, conversational property listing descriptions and photo captions.
• Use AI tools to create, refine, and optimize marketing content and workflows.
• Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure it sounds natural and human.
• Take ownership of marketing projects with minimal supervision.
• Identify ways to improve marketing processes, content, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
  
  

Requirements

• Native English speaker - non-negotiable.
• 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in content, digital marketing, or copywriting.
• 1-2 years of hands-on AI experience, particularly using AI for marketing/content creation.
• Excellent written English and conversational copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of how to use AI strategically, not just for basic content generation.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Vacation rental, hospitality, real estate, or property marketing experience is preferred.
