What you’ll do | Hei mahi
Step into a purpose-led role championing our Community and Care strategy, where you will be the primary marketing lead for charity partners, community initiatives, and brand sponsorships to enhance our overarching corporate reputation.
Oversee and foster relationships with key charity partners and manage brand sponsorships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and impactful storytelling.
Drive marketing initiatives designed to positively impact RepTrak scores and Brand Net Promoter Score (NPS), continuously analysing results to optimise future campaigns.
Take full ownership of community marketing campaign lifecycles, managing budgets, timelines, and multi-channel delivery across digital, social, PR, and in-store.
Act as a central partner, bringing together diverse cross-functional teams (including PR, retail operations, legal, and commercial) to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.

You are a strategic, purpose-driven professional with a genuine passion for making a tangible impact in the community while shaping the reputation of a leading brand.
Proven track record in marketing management with a specific focus on community engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), charity partnerships, or sponsorships.
Strong commercial awareness with a deep, practical understanding of leveraging brand health metrics (including NPS and RepTrak) to measure success.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bring cross-business stakeholders together, build trust, and align diverse internal teams toward shared goals.
Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives and projects to translate overarching objectives into actionable marketing plans.
