Marketing Manager (Gibraltar)

Responsibilities: Plan and publish content for our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), including the day-to-day content calendar and community management. Work closely with the design, content and compliance teams on content creation for marketing campaigns and external events visuals, keeping everything on-brand. Help maintain and refresh our presence on different review platforms, coordinating with the wider team on response cadence. Manage photo shooting and video filmings for use across channels. Track basic content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest adjustments based on what is working. Participate in launch and maintenance of engagement initiatives and special projects. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or design, or equivalent hands-on project experience (internships and freelance work count). Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Practical experience managing or contributing to social media channels (scheduling, basic analytics, community engagement). Strong attention to detail and comfort working with brand guidelines. Clear written communication in English; additional languages relevant to our office locations are a plus. Ability to manage several small projects at once and meet content deadlines. Nice to have: AI fluency. Basic photo or video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom).
