Role Summary:

We are looking for a Korea Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our fastest‑growing markets. This is a growth hire; South Korea still has significant headroom, and this role is focused on expanding our local network of KOLs, affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and trading communities to capture that opportunity.

This is a remote, 1‑year contract role (extendable), open to candidates based in South Korea or elsewhere. You will own the development and management of local partners, with the primary goal of driving user acquisition, deposit conversion, and trading activation in the Korean market.

The successful candidate will independently identify, develop, and manage high‑quality partners, negotiate deals, and drive conversions while tracking partner performance (deposit volume, qualified traders, trading activity, commission contribution, ROI, and retention) to ensure sustainable results.

We're prioritising candidates with a background at a crypto or CFD exchange, particularly those who've worked in Affiliate, KOL or IB partnerships and who know the Korean trading market and its local acquisition channels firsthand.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full partner lifecycle; prospect, onboard, activate, and retain high‑quality KOLs, affiliates, IBs, and trading communities in South Korea.
• Drive user acquisition, deposit conversion, and trading activation through localized partner strategies, incentive programs, and campaigns.
• Negotiate partner deals and track performance (deposit volume, qualified traders, trading activity, commission, ROI, and retention) to ensure sustainable results.
• Monitor partner activities for compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating high‑risk practices (e.g., guaranteed returns, unauthorised fund management, unlicensed signals, misleading content).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to localise campaigns and platform features, while staying across Korea's crypto, CFD, and forex market trends and competitors.
• Represent Mitrade at local trading events and partner meetups across Korea to strengthen brand presence and grow the network.

What We're Looking:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in business development, affiliate/IB management, or partnerships within trading platforms, Forex, CFD, or Crypto with prior crypto or CFD exchange experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record independently sourcing and managing KOLs, affiliates, or IBs with tangible results in user acquisition and deposit conversion.
• Deep familiarity with the Korean trading market and local acquisition channels; existing network of Korean partners is a strong plus.
• Results‑driven, data‑savvy, and comfortable negotiating deals and driving conversion end‑to‑end.
• Basic compliance awareness with good judgment on high‑risk promotional practices.
• Fluent in Korean and English; willing to travel within South Korea for partner meetings and events.
