Your Role
As a part of our strategic evolution, we seek more than just a skilled professional - we are looking for a standout personality! In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and work closely with various colleagues and departments.
The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, brings simplicity to complex issues and has a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in Germany
- Your main tasks will be to define and implement a marketing strategy which impacts sales and brand growth, monitor the competition, and support the expansion of our service in new locations
- You monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best in class digital marketing agencies
- You support the local teams with marketing materials
- You set up and participate to local events
- You conceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collaterals
- You ensure strong and consistent brand representation in the market
- You create regular reports about evolution and impact of the marketing initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- A demonstrated experience in marketing of at least 4 to 7 years
- You have a solution-oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast-growing work environment
- Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc
- Ideally, some basic knowledge of graphic design (photoshop, Illustrator & Canva)
- You bring a positive mindset and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong results-driven and data-informed mindset, focused on achieving measurable business outcomes
- As a native German speaker, you also have fluency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
