About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for Bauer Media Audio Ireland with responsibility for our talk and sport brands Newstalk, Off The Ball and GoLoud. In this exciting and dynamic role, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for implementing a marketing strategy, designed to engage and grow audience, across owned, earned and paid channels. This role requires a candidate with demonstrable consumer marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful and successful brand and product campaigns. Ideally, you will have a broad knowledge of and interest in the Irish media landscape and understand what makes consumers tick. You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activity that will drive audience growth and engagement, increase brand awareness and achieve standout in the marketplace. What You'll Do: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights, translating these into actionable plans and targets Define KPIs and report on performance metrics and ROI Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and ROI and driving efficiencies where possible Manage and lead a small team, providing support and direction across all projects Collaborate with key departments including content, commercial and digital teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives Identify and lead out on potential partnerships and collaborations designed to increase brand reach and engagement Manage development of brand and product activations, working closely with events team to deliver seamless execution What You'll Have: At least 3 years of experience in a consumer marketing role, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong understanding of how to develop and deliver brand, product and digital marketing strategies Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring both deadlines and objectives are met People management experience If the following traits sound like you, you might be the right person for the job: You are highly organised with strong planning and time management skills You are a team player with a creative and collaborative mindset You are adaptable to change and don’t shy away from challenges You are plugged in to emerging marketing trends and technologies You are confident, passionate, energetic and a great communicator Before you apply, make sure you tick the following boxes: Demonstrable experience in marketing for a consumer brand in a managerial role Solid knowledge of the Irish audio and media landscape is advantageous A passion for current affairs, pop culture and sport is desirable What You’ll Get: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
