Marketing Operations Assistant

Remote within Pakistan

I’m looking for someone who can manage my daily operational and admin tasks (calendar, to-do list, e-mails and DMs).

You need to have excellent English writing skills so that you can help me with writing e-mails, DMs and comments on social media.

What you'll be doing

• Build the daily to-do list from emails, calendar, DMs — flagging who needs a Loom video, who needs a personal follow-up, and who to book a call with
• Prep DMs and emails to answer ongoing conversations
• Write comments for me and for my clients
• Send connection requests and event invites from my LinkedIn Profile
• Run call transcripts through Claude to pull takeaways and next steps, and create client docs and templates
• Prepare proposals and presentations

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing ops, social media content or writing
• Strong English writing and reading comprehension
• Excellent organizational skills — comfortable owning a calendar, task list, and follow-up tracking
• At least 1 year experience with LinkedIn comments, DMs, or outreach
• Ability to write comments with personality, humor, and human texture
• Comfortable using AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) to support daily tasks
• Basic experience putting together documents, proposals, or presentations (Google Docs/Slides)

Compensation

Good base salary + performance-linked monthly incentives
