The role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K. YOUR MISSION Own and continuously evolve the automation and MarTech ecosystem across Marketing , ensuring scalable workflows, reliable data foundations, and operational excellence. You will: Design and implement scalable automation architectures across marketing functions, connecting tools, data sources, and workflows Take ownership of the Marketing tech landscape — evaluating, optimizing, consolidating, and introducing tools where needed Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency, creativity, and measurable performance Build hands-on automations and integrations (e.g., APIs, workflow tools like Zapier, n8n, scripting solutions such as JavaScript or similar) Partner closely with Development and Analytics to ensure robust tracking, clean data flows, and sustainable system design Analyze existing processes and proactively challenge inefficiencies with technical solutions Establish clear documentation, standards, and governance to ensure long-term scalability Act as a sparring partner for operational stakeholders, complementing strong process foundations with deep technical expertise Continuously explore emerging technologies and ensure Yazio stays ahead in a rapidly evolving MarTech and AI landscape YOUR PROFILE You are a system thinker with a hands-on builder mindset. You combine technical curiosity with business understanding — and you enjoy turning ideas into working solutions. You bring: Several years of experience in Marketing Automation, Growth Operations, MarTech, or technical marketing roles Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, and workflow builders (e.g., Zapier or similar platforms) Strong understanding of tracking and attribution setups (e.g., AppsFlyer, Braze, or comparable ecosystems) Experience designing and implementing technical workflows Confidence collaborating closely with engineers and technical stakeholders A structured and documentation-driven way of working The ability to evaluate tools critically and make thoughtful build-vs-buy decisions A pragmatic mindset: you know when to automate, when to simplify, and when a process is the better solution A genuine interest in health, nutrition, or well-being, and motivation to contribute to a mission-driven product WHY US?
