Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator (Remote | LATAM Only) Summary: We're hiring a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator to support a fast-growing business with day to day marketing execution, campaign coordination, and content management across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, email marketing, design coordination, and keeping marketing operations organized behind the scenes. You'll work closely with leadership to help execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced remote environment. Why This Role is Unique: Blend of creativity, organization, and marketing execution Opportunity to support multiple brands and concepts High ownership role with room to grow professionally Work closely with leadership on campaigns and brand initiatives Fast-paced environment where your ideas and execution make a direct impact What You'll Own: Social media content stays consistent, engaging, and aligned with each brand voice Marketing campaigns and email communications are executed accurately and on time Digital assets and marketing materials remain organized and up to date Content calendars and promotional initiatives move forward smoothly across all concepts Core Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Coordination Draft, proofread, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms Organize photos, videos, and creative assets inside Google Drive Maintain content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns Support engagement initiatives and monitor basic social media performance metrics Email Marketing & Campaign Support Assist with the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns Build email drafts using Canva and existing brand templates Support promotional campaigns, announcements, and customer communications Maintain email lists, campaign organization, and marketing workflows Ensure campaigns remain visually consistent and aligned with brand standards Design & Brand Support Create and update marketing materials including flyers, posters, and promotional assets Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials Support ongoing creative and branding initiatives across all concepts Administrative & Marketing Operations Support Keep marketing files, assets, and systems organized Coordinate updates on pricing and promotional materials Support project tracking and marketing execution inside CRM platforms Assist with day-to-day marketing coordination and internal team communication Qualifications & Skills: Required Strong written English communication skills 2+ years of experience with social media, content scheduling, coordination and in SEO. Experience with email marketing campaigns and platforms Experience using Canva and other creative/design tools Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously Self-starter with strong follow-through and time management Strong portfolio with campaign, design, and video samples Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving priorities Nice to Have Experience using Claude AI or AI tools for marketing workflows Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms Strong creative eye for branding and content consistency Desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges continuously Tools & Platforms Canva InDesign Illustrator / Photoshop CapCut Google Drive Google Workspace Sprout Social Monday Notion GoHighLevel Mailchimp (or similar platforms) AI tools Work Setup: Full-Time Remote (LATAM only) Required Remote Setup Reliable high-speed internet connection.
