Who You Are: As a Marketing Operations Manager , you bring robust experience in maintaining, optimizing, and integrating a set of marketing technology stacks, including Marketo and similar tools. You have proven experience working with business partners across the organization to impact change and optimize marketing campaigns, and you enjoy deep diving into data analytics to track results and campaign metrics. You have excellent technical and communication skills, enthusiasm for tackling ambiguous and complex business problems, and an inquisitive, creative, and flexible approach to problem solving. What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain performance of marketing automation tools and continually optimize processes to ensure utmost efficiency. Create training documentation that guides the marketing team on proper use of marketing software. Audit use of marketing software tools with an eye towards continually improving configuration and efficiency. Assist key business partners in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and marketing automation programs. Track campaign analytics and continuously monitor results to ensure optimal performance at all times. Support management of technical aspects of key marketing automation systems such as Marketo and Salesforce. Monitor current CRM and always-on programs to ensure system integrations are functioning properly. Oversee inbound data from third party data sources and governance to support database health. Support optimization of databases for continuous improvement for account-based marketing and targeted efforts. Develop and maintain reporting for marketing dashboards to share marketing metrics and KPIs. Work with stakeholders across the marketing organization to ensure that MarTech stack is executed in accordance with proper guidelines and best practices. Support development of SOPs for digital marketing initiatives. What You’ll Need: 3-5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Operations role Experience with modern marketing and sales development solutions such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Understanding of email marketing strategies and experience with campaign execution, including brand/product awareness, lead generation, and transactional campaigns. Basic web development design and coding skills including understanding of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience in digital marketing analytics with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools Proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects High comfort level working directly with senior executives on highly visible projects Nice to Haves: Experience in cybersecurity or IT software Experience with tools such as Outreach, Demandbase, and Drift Why Invicti?
