In This Role, You’ll:

Act as the operational backbone of a fast-growing marketing engine, bringing structure to a team that's scaling quickly. This is an ownership role built around your ability to keep the marketing calendar on track, connect the dots between media buyers, sales, and ops, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, without being asked twice.

You'll work closely with the founder as the person who keeps marketing moving: managing the ClickUp board, tracking performance across HubSpot and ad accounts, and turning testimonials and results into assets the whole team can use. AI tools like Claude are core to how this team operates; you'll use them to move faster and work smarter, not just to check boxes. Your organization, follow-through, and eye for what's working are what make this role, and the path to leading it, possible.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the marketing calendar: launches, webinars, promos, and nurture campaigns. Keep every deadline on track from start to finish
• Project manage all marketing initiatives in ClickUp: build and maintain the board, assign owners, chase deadlines, and close the loop
• Partner with media buyers on creative handoff, tracking links, and performance reporting
• Work with the sales team on lead quality feedback and help sharpen promo scripts
• Coordinate with Ops on Kajabi setup for masterclasses and other marketing initiatives
• Pull and clean weekly performance data from HubSpot and ad accounts, leads, CPL, CAC, booked calls, show-up rate, sales, ROAS
• Maintain and grow the proof/testimonial library, feeding it into ads, emails, and landing pages
• Use AI tools like Claude to streamline repetitive work, such as uploading monthly emails into HubSpot
• Document simple, repeatable SOPs for core marketing processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong written English, with the ability to tweak copy and understand tone and compliance nuances for a healthcare-adjacent audience
• Familiarity with marketing and sales ops tools, HubSpot, ClickUp, Kajabi, Unbounce, Slack, Google Sheets, or the ability to pick them up quickly
• A systems-minded approach: you follow defined processes closely, and build new ones when they don't yet exist
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, relaxed, and casual team culture
• A proactive mindset, you ask questions early rather than guess
• The ability to stay organized as priorities shift, often monthly or quarterly

• Paid US holidays, plus 10 days of PTO for new hires, 20 paid days off in total
• Once fully ramped, eligible to earn a quarterly performance bonus of up to 10% of base compensation earned during the quarter, based on achievement of defined marketing performance targets.
