Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Production Coordinator to provide production, operational, and administrative support for the Marketing team. This role focuses on campaign execution, asset management, marketing operations, reporting, quality assurance, and workflow organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working from approved templates, systems, and documented procedures rather than creating new brand direction. Primary Responsibilities: · Support campaign production by formatting social graphics, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, advisor launch materials, recruiting one-pagers, newsletters, and partner marketing materials using approved templates. · Prepare approved content for social media scheduling platforms, including uploading posts, formatting captions, organizing campaigns, verifying links, and tracking scheduled assets. · Prepare weekly advisor and division email campaigns by updating advisor merge fields, organizing campaign versions, verifying links, tracking usage and exporting reports. · Maintain the company's marketing asset library through standardized file naming, folder organization, version control, asset archiving, and approval tracking. · Prepare marketing adoption reports, campaign usage trackers, dashboards, milestone reports, and divisional activity summaries. · Support Mortgage Advisor onboarding by preparing launch announcements, advisor bios, onboarding materials, headshot folders, and content calendars. · Maintain recruiting assets, proof libraries, case studies, recruiting packets, and advisor growth materials. · Organize advisor wins, testimonials, and recognition submissions into reusable marketing templates and proof libraries. · Perform detailed quality assurance reviews including spelling, formatting, hyperlinks, branding, disclaimers, dates, names, NMLS fields, and template accuracy. Responsibilities Outside Scope: · This role does not own marketing strategy, compliance decisions, final brand approvals, executive messaging, PR, recruiting claims, financial or product claims, advisor-specific strategy, or public publishing without required review. Qualifications: · Strong English reading and writing comprehension. · Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. · Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive or SharePoint. · Understanding of workflow automation, SEO/AEO/GEO concepts, and marketing operations. · Ability to follow SOPs, manage repetitive work accurately, and communicate clearly. · Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience supporting a marketing team. · Experience with social media scheduling platforms and email marketing tools. · Experience using CRM platforms and reporting dashboards. · Experience using AI tools responsibly. · Experience in mortgage, financial services, real estate, or another regulated industry. · Basic video editing or subtitle formatting experience.
