Core Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence. Manage day-to-day activities with stakeholders supporting marketing and promotional campaigns, including print and digital vendors, to ensure timely and accurate execution. Provide exceptional service to internal business partners by responding to requests and helping resolve operational challenges. Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, and workflow processes for key marketing initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency while supporting established best practices. Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and communicate risks to leadership as appropriate. Support the implementation and ongoing execution of new marketing processes, platforms, and operational initiatives as business needs evolve. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project coordination, campaign execution, or related field. Experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with external vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $68,500.00 - $87,500.00 We recognize the growing role of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and value familiarity with them.
