Marketing Performance Analyst

We are hiring a Marketing Performance Analyst to join our growing team! The Analyst, Marketing Performance supports the Marketing Insights & Optimization team through campaign measurement, performance reporting, test analysis, MMM support, and recurring marketing analysis. This role helps evaluate whether marketing activity is working, where performance is changing, and what learnings should inform future planning and optimization. This role provides hands-on analytical support across media, CRM, digital, ecommerce, customer journey, and consumer insights workstreams. The Analyst partners closely with the Manager, Growth Performance & Marketing Analytics, Data Scientist, Consumer Insights, Growth Marketing, Digital Experience, agencies, and measurement partners to turn data into clear findings and practical recommendations. Essential Functions •Support recurring marketing performance reporting across media, CRM, digital, ecommerce, campaign, and customer journey touchpoints. •Analyze trends in traffic, conversion, appointment booking, campaign response, customer engagement, and audience behavior. •Assist with Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, holdouts, geo tests, lift studies, and other marketing effectiveness analyses. •Prepare campaign and test readouts that summarize results, key learnings, implications, and recommended next steps. •Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analysis templates that support Marketing leadership decision-making. •Partner with Media and CRM teams to evaluate campaign performance, channel performance, lifecycle engagement, and audience response. •Partner with Consumer Insights to connect research findings, brand health, voice-of-the-customer signals, and behavioral data. •Support agency and vendor measurement work by preparing data inputs, reviewing outputs, and helping translate findings into practical implications. •Use and interpret data from GA4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform / CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, CRM platforms, media platforms, MMM outputs, and business intelligence tools. •Maintain strong data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor in support of accurate and credible marketing measurement. Education Four year college degree or equivalent experience.In Marketing or other related field (Required) Work Experience 2-4 years in marketing analytics, media analytics, CRM analytics, digital analytics, campaign measurement, consumer insights analytics, ecommerce analytics, or business reporting. (Required) Retail, ecommerce, healthcare, optical, multi-location retail, appointment-based businesses, agency analytics, media analytics, or consumer brand environments.(Preferred) Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills Ability to analyze campaign, customer, traffic, conversion, engagement, and performance data. Understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign measurement, funnel metrics, testing, attribution, and performance reporting. Ability to summarize findings clearly and accurately. (Required) Ability to connect marketing performance metrics to business outcomes and understand how customer, traffic, conversion, and retention trends affect overall business performance.(Required) Experience supporting advanced measurement efforts, including incrementality testing, geo-testing, holdouts, lift studies, customer journey analysis, CRM performance analysis, audience analysis, campaign effectiveness reporting, and interpretation of MMM outputs. (Preferred) Experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and web analytics platforms (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GA4). Comfortable building and maintaining reporting solutions and working with marketing, CRM, digital, and media performance data. (Required) Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform/CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, paid search and paid social platforms, SQL, MMM outputs or measurement vendor tools, and basic familiarity with Python or R.(Preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly, explain analyses to non-technical audiences, and support data-informed decision making (Required) Taking Care of our People!
