Marketing Program Manager

With a growing commercial presence across Europe, the business is expanding its marketing function and is seeking an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution.

The Role

As the European Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional go-to-market initiatives that support commercial growth across key Life Science markets. You will work cross-functionally with international teams while acting as the regional marketing lead across Europe, coordinating campaigns, events, partnerships and customer engagement activities.

This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence marketing strategy within a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global commercial objectives.
• Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support product launches and regional market development initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and manage conferences, exhibitions, workshops and customer events across Europe.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Commercial and Global Marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Develop compelling messaging and content that communicates complex scientific concepts to commercial audiences.
• Support regional sales teams with marketing programmes that contribute to revenue growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating activities across different countries and time zones.

About You

We're looking for a marketing professional who combines Life Science knowledge with strong commercial awareness and exceptional organisational skills.

You will ideally have:

• A Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics or another relevant Life Science discipline.
• Previous marketing or market development experience within the Life Science industry.
• Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotechnology or academic research customers.
• Knowledge of genomics, molecular biology, sequencing technologies or related research markets.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong project management and event coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A collaborative approach with experience working across international teams.
• The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
