Marketing Project Manager

Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients, promoting long-term customer success and satisfaction, and helping achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, expectations, and marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute client success strategies and project plans aligned with company and campaign goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, strategic guidance, and ongoing support.
• Lead project planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs, ensuring campaigns stay on track and deliver measurable results.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, or performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
• Manage campaign execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Present campaign updates, optimizations, and new opportunities to help clients maximize results.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify insights and continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced, technology-driven or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising (e.g., digital ads, social, PPC).
• Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience using and implementing project management (PM) and CRM systems to streamline workflows and client communication.
• Demonstrated success leading complex marketing projects from strategy and planning through execution and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear action plans.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Committed to delivering measurable results and high client satisfaction.

The Details:

This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.

Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)

The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
