Marketing Project Manager/Coordinator

This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, content production, and client communication — and the right person will thrive on keeping everything organized, on time, and polished. What You Will Be Doing Task & Project Coordination — ClickUp • Own task management in ClickUp, keeping the team and clients on track with deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups • Follow up proactively on open tasks to make sure nothing slips and no one is left waiting • Support the team in managing multiple active projects simultaneously across various client accounts • Facilitate meeting agendas and drive follow-through on action items with cross-functional teams Content Writing & Copy Editing • Write and produce blog content and website copy using Copy.ai from SEO outlines — this is a core, recurring weekly responsibility • Copy edit all content to ensure it is polished, accurate, and publish-ready on blogs and websites • Support the SEO team with content coordination, tracking, and deadline management Website QA & Review • Review client websites on both mobile and desktop, flagging problems or suggestions for the web development team • Conduct QA testing on new websites across various stages of development • Light UX and content checks — you are not making the changes, just identifying and communicating what needs to be addressed Client Communication • Write client-facing emails and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner • Follow up with clients via email or phone as needed to keep projects moving • Represent the agency with a polished, confident, and solution-oriented communication style What We Are Looking For • 3 to 5 years of experience in program or project coordination within a digital agency, SaaS, or marketing operations environment • Systems thinker who can see the big picture and the details simultaneously — comfortable orchestrating multiple projects without losing the thread • Excellent communicator — crisp written updates, confident on Zoom, and professional with clients • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes blockers before they become fires • Comfortable facilitating meetings and driving follow-through across teams • Data-curious — can interpret metrics, trends, and capacity signals to inform decisions • Thrives in a fast-moving, quality-obsessed team where deadlines are non-negotiable Software & Skills Software & Skills: ClickUp (required — no training provided) Copy.ai (essential — used daily for blog and content writing) Mailchimp Google Suite Zoom Slack Phone / Client Calls Copywriting & Copy Editing WordPress / Elementor Essentials • Attend the weekly team meeting every Monday at 8:00 AM PST — no exceptions • Must live in the Continental United States and work in PST • Comfortable with PST-time zone deadlines and calendar management • Responsive with clients via email and phone You Will Love This Role If... • Checking items off a list genuinely satisfies you • Deadlines are your best friend, not your stress • You see a gap in a process and you fill it — without being asked • You take pride in content that is clean, polished, and ready to publish • You bring ideas to the table and are not just waiting to be told what to do This is a full time role Up to $7/hr 100% Remote
