Profile Requirements: Up to 2 Years of Experience in graphic design, marketing, or real estate marketing Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva and Powerpoint Experience creating professional marketing materials for print and digital use Experience managing online property listings is highly preferred Familiarity with Realestate.com.au or similar real estate listing platforms is preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Basic knowledge of residential construction, home designs, or real estate is preferred Experience editing images and creating visually engaging content Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams Core responsibilities: Create and publish house and land package listings on Realestate.com.au Prepare and manage property advertisements for new home designs and residential developments Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for maximum exposure Update property listings with pricing, floor plans, specifications, images, and availability Coordinate listing changes as projects progress Design professional marketing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials Create branded graphics for print and digital marketing campaigns Develop marketing materials showcasing home designs, facades, floor plans, and development opportunities Create engaging social media content highlighting new home packages and completed projects Edit photos and marketing images to maintain a consistent brand appearance Assist with creating digital advertisements and online marketing campaigns Maintain organized marketing assets and property image libraries Work closely with the sales team to prepare customized marketing materials for prospective buyers Support the sales team with presentation materials and proposal documents Coordinate marketing requests from sales consultants Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding guidelines Assist with website content updates related to home designs and developments Manage multiple property listings and marketing projects simultaneously Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements Maintain accurate records of active listings and marketing campaigns Stay current on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and real estate advertising standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content reflects current product offerings Perform additional marketing, design, and administrative duties as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
