Marketing Quality Specialist

Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST (Night Shift M-F)

As a Production Quality Assurance (Marketing) team member, you will be a critical safeguard for the accuracy, consistency and integrity of all production assets leaving the agency. You will oversee the quality assurance process for coupons, rebates and load to card offers, ensuring that every deliverable meets client requirements and internal standards. Additionally, you will support audits and collaborate with the Enterprise Optimization team to enhance workflows and improve efficiency overall.

What does a day in the life as a Production Quality Assurance (Marketing) look like?

Client Delivery

• Manage and oversee the QA process for production assets, including coupons, rebates and vendor load to card offers.
• Conduct rigorous MECH reviews across all offers, assets and clients, ensuring familiarity with client specific requirements.
• Review and ensure accuracy in barcode creation, scanning and the overall validation processes.
• Assess printer proofs and load to card proofs from vendors, verifying quality, accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Organize and maintain QA assets and documentation in SharePoint, partnering with the Enterprise Optimization team as needed.
• Participate in quality audits across projects and client portfolios, collaborating with production managers, track leads and the Enterprise Optimization team.

Execution and Partnership:

• Collaborate with production managers, administrative assistants and the production track lead to communicate QA findings and required edits.
• Support research assignments and special agency projects as needed.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to refine internal QA / MECH processes and improve documentation storage methods, partnering with the Enterprise Optimization team to implement enhancements.

What are the required qualifications of a Production Quality Assurance (Marketing)?

• 1+ years of Quality Assurance experience in E-commerce industry or Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Intermediate - Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective organization, problem solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross functionally and supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge in US ISO standard process is a plus
