Marketing Specialist - 100% Remote Italy

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative and strategic engine driving our international growth marketing. Working closely with our sales and product teams, you will launch multi-channel campaigns, manage our digital presence, and execute marketing initiatives designed to position our AI-driven solution as the top choice for modern SOCs worldwide.

Who's RedCarbon: RedCarbon, Cybersecurity company working in Security Operations world has built since 2020, a team of AI Virtual Analysts to help SOC to analyze Alarms. The philosophy is to help Cybersecurity SOC team with a virtual team that can help Humans in quantity and quality supporting in Triage Level 1 analysis but also in Level 2 investigations, Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Audit and Compliance (NIS 2 & more). RedCarbon provides both solutions Enterprise grade one with High Level Human Interaction and Small and Medium Market full autonomous Platform. RedCarbon doesn't Detect and Remediate it is vertical on Analysis.

Your Mission & Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to generate pipeline for the international sales team.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that resonates with technical buyers, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and website copy.
• Event & Webinar Coordination: Organize and promote digital webinars and international industry events to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• SEO & Digital Optimization: Manage and optimize our website content, SEO strategy, and landing pages to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
• Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

Must-have (Essential):

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation within the SaaS, tech, or enterprise software space.
• Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, and digital advertising platforms (especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills (written and spoken), with the ability to write clearly for a technical audience.
• Startup Mindset: A "hungry", self-motivated attitude—comfortable with fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, and driving rapid experimentation.

Nice-to-have (Valued):

• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry or AI concepts (experience marketing to CISOs or IT Directors is a massive plus).
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Professional proficiency in English or another European language.
