Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join a growing team in the real estate and construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital marketing initiatives, and supporting brand growth across multiple channels.

You'll work on a variety of marketing projects, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, blog publishing, motion graphics, and digital advertising. If you're a proactive marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, design, and distribute email newsletters from concept to launch.
• Develop short-form motion graphics for social media, advertising, and internal communications.
• Create customer case studies by interviewing stakeholders and transforming insights into compelling marketing content.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and community management.
• Write and publish SEO-friendly blog content.
• Format and publish website content using WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Design creative assets for paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Support additional marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, branding, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Strong eye for visual design and brand consistency.
• Experience with design and motion graphics tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or other corporate social media channels.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or another content management system (CMS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience supporting content marketing, brand marketing, or digital campaigns.
