🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both B2B (HR Professionals/Employers) and B2C (Job Seekers).
Content Strategy: Craft compelling stories to educate the market on the value of AI in modern recruitment across LinkedIn, Email, and digital channels.
Lead Generation & Growth: Collaborate on performance marketing activities to drive user acquisition (CV submissions) and B2B qualified leads.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture networks with educational institutions, HR communities, and strategic partners.
🔑 Who We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing (Experience in SaaS, Tech Products, HR Tech, or EdTech is a strong plus).
Mindset: Data-driven, proactive, with a strong grasp of both B2B and B2C buyer journeys.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to translate complex AI features into clear, impactful marketing messages.
Versatility: Strong written communication skills and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
