About Kraymer Art & Anime Studio Kraymer Art started as a jewelry brand for people who take their fandom seriously, collector-grade pieces made for people who notice the details, and it's grown a loyal community along the way. We're now building out a new kind of anime studio alongside it, one built around the stories and creators that the indie community loves most, turning beloved manga, manhwa, and webcomics into fully produced anime for a passionate, fast-growing audience. The Role This is a ground-floor marketing seat spanning both sides of what we're building: an established brand with a loyal following, and a brand-new studio launching from zero. You are not coming in to run someone else's playbook. You're coming in to build the studio's presence from scratch, right alongside growing what's already working on the jewelry side. To be specific: you'll be growing two things at once, KraymerTV (the anime studio's social presence, starting from zero) and Kraymer Art's existing jewelry channels. We're looking for someone who has actually grown a social audience from nothing, who knows what real community-building, earned reach, and launch marketing looks like end to end, and who is genuinely excited to build both voices at once. This is a rare opportunity to have real ownership at a company that is still early enough that your fingerprints will be on everything we build. What you'll own: Anime Studio / KraymerTV (build from zero) Build KraymerTV's social presence from the ground up: content pillars, posting cadence, and a real content calendar across platforms, with the goal of growing followers, reach, and engagement from a standing start. Plan and run an earned-reach strategy to get people talking: shareable hooks/mechanics, seeding relevant online communities, and sparking user-generated content and word of mouth (not just "boost the budget and hope"). Own the growth funnel at every stage, from pre-launch through launch and beyond: subscribe/waitlist offer, landing page copy, and signup flow, evolving as the studio moves from pre-launch to a real, growing audience. Plan and help execute paid social ad campaigns: creative direction, copy, and overall ad strategy. Partner with our email team/agency on a welcome and nurture email sequence for new subscribers. Help shape and carry a single, consistent brand message across every touchpoint (social, landing page, email, ads) so the studio's launch feels unified rather than scattered. Lay early community groundwork: identify where engaged fans are already showing up (comments, replies, shares) and how to nurture that ahead of future community spaces. Exercise judgment on sensitive or brand-critical topics and flag anything that needs leadership sign-off before it goes public. What you'll own: Kraymer Art / Jewelry Manage and grow Kraymer Art's existing social channels (Instagram, YouTube), building on an established following. Keep messaging consistent with the jewelry brand's voice (collector-grade, minimalist, design-led, craftsmanship-focused) while adapting tone appropriately when content crosses over with the anime studio. Identify where the jewelry audience (Gen Z and younger millennials, fashion-forward anime/manga/gaming fans, largely US-based) overlaps with the anime studio's audience, and plan cross-promotion that grows both without alienating either. How you'll work We're a fully remote, async-first team, so clear and frequent communication is essential, not optional. You should be proactive about sharing progress, flagging blockers, and giving honest status updates without being chased. Poor communication (going quiet, unclear updates, or surprises instead of early flags) is a dealbreaker for this role. Comfortable owning two related but distinct brand voices at once and knowing when to keep them separate versus cross-pollinate. High autonomy, high accountability: this role is about judgment and point of view, not just task execution. You'll be expected to bring recommendations, not just requests for direction. What we're looking for Genuine knowledge of and interest in anime/manga/manhwa, and fandom culture. You understand what these communities care about, how they talk, and what earns their trust, because you're already in the space or have marketed within it, not learning it from scratch on the job. Proven experience growing a social media presence from zero: real examples of audience, reach, and engagement growth you can point to, not just managing an already-large account. Experience with earned-reach or community-driven growth tactics (organic/UGC-driven), in addition to paid social advertising. Strong copywriting instincts across formats: social captions, landing pages, ad creative, email. Ability to juggle two brand identities and audiences under one company umbrella. Excellent written communication and a track record of working well in a remote, async team; comfortable giving regular updates without prompting. Startup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building process as you go. Nice to have: experience in jewelry or fashion e-commerce, or working directly with independent creators/IP. Why Work With Us Genuine Flexibility: We are results-oriented. As long as the work gets done at a fast pace and the KPIs are met, you manage your own schedule. Long-term job: We're looking to hire someone full-time for this position for the long haul. Fully remote: No more long hours stuck in commute, join our entire team who are fully remote. Work within a fun industry of anime jewelry and accessories, something perfect for anime fans and/or jewelry enthusiasts. Ground-floor ownership: Beyond growing an established jewelry brand, you'll get to build our brand-new anime studio's social presence from zero, real influence on something still taking shape from day one.
