Role Description The Marketing Specialist at The Nest is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo Festival City, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote The Nest’s workspace solutions, managing social media channels, and creating content for digital and offline marketing materials. The Marketing Specialist will analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve brand awareness and lead generation. This role will also involve coordinating with sales and operations teams, supporting events and promotions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirments:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an agency, events, hospitality, or related environment.
• Strong understanding of social media and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
