Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually About the Role The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for executing demand generation programs that drive inbound leads, engagement, and pipeline growth for Staritas. This individual will build, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, web, digital advertising, social media, webinars, and other channels. The role combines demand generation with strong marketing operations capabilities, including CRM/marketing automation, campaign reporting, lead nurturing, website management, SEO, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can translate campaign performance into actionable insights and continuously improve programs to increase qualified demand and support Sales. Essential Functions Demand Generation & Campaign Execution Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns designed to generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads across email, web, social, digital advertising, webinars, and other channels. Build, test, and optimize campaigns within CRM/marketing automation platforms, including emails, forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, lead nurturing, and calls to action. Identify opportunities to improve campaign conversion, engagement, lead generation, and funnel progression through ongoing testing and optimization. Support inbound demand generation through SEO, paid digital programs, website conversion strategies, content promotion, and other acquisition channels. Partner closely with Sales to support lead management, routing, campaign follow-up, marketing-to-sales handoffs, and progression of marketing-generated leads. Monitor email performance, deliverability, database health, and campaign engagement to continuously improve demand generation performance. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to track marketing performance, lead generation, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution. Produce recurring performance reporting and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure campaigns are appropriately structured and tracked to support accurate measurement and attribution. Website & Content Management System Manage and optimize the Staritas website, including webpages, content, landing pages, forms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Perform HTML and CSS updates, troubleshoot routine website issues, and monitor website performance and conversions. Marketing Content & Operations Support the development, publishing, and quality assurance of marketing content and campaign materials. Maintain marketing data, tracking, and processes while identifying opportunities to improve and automate marketing workflows. Additional Responsibilities Other duties, as assigned Accountability Metrics Generate and contribute to established goals for inbound leads, MQLs, conversions, and marketing-influenced pipeline. Meet established deadlines for Marketing campaign deliverables with attention to detail. Contribute to planning and execution of website and campaign initiatives. Provide guidance and support for multi-channel engagement methods. Deliver metrics and campaign results monthly in a concise format. Experience 3+ years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience. Experience with CRM marketing automation, campaign execution, and reporting. Experience managing Content Management System, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical, technical, and editorial skills. Education Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Equivalent Experience Required Technology Skills Marketing automation platform (example: Salesforce, Dynamics CE) Content Management System(WordPress, preferred) HTML and CSS Marketing reporting and dashboard tools Google Analytics Google Search Console Microsoft Office 365 Experience with digital advertising platforms, SEO tools, social media management platforms, webinar platforms, and other marketing technologies What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonus program.
