Job Profile The Graphic Designer will be an integral member of our international marketing team based in India at our Gurgaon office. This position reports to the Marketing Manager - Design based in Gurgaon. The person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and have the ability to translate complex concepts in a visually compelling and clear format. Design marketing collateral in print and web formats including but not limited to brochures, white papers, case studies, infographics etc. Excellent design skills with prior experience in designing visually stunning marketing collateral Design proposals, slides, infographics, diagrams, and present content in a visually appealing and modern format Excellent visualization skills with a modern approach to design Design skills across various platforms – Adobe Design Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva Expertise in creating and editing videos in After Effects or Premiere will be an added plus. Ability to design templates and format word documents High performance individual contributor Ability to multi-task and manage various assignments – this position requires a highly productive individual who can manage timelines The individual will be required to present a portfolio of prior design work Strong visualization and design skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree – preferably in visual arts/ Diploma in design from a reputable institute Experience 3 to 5 years’ experience in design. Talent will be given preference over experience.
