Requirements What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning • Lead integrated marketing initiatives that support membership acquisition, retention, and member rewards. • Turn business goals and audience insights into clear campaign strategies, briefs, budgets, KPIs, and channel plans. • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling, results-driven campaigns. • Act as the marketing lead for assigned initiatives, bringing forward recommendations and opportunities to improve member engagement and business results. • Share campaign priorities, performance, insights, and recommendations with business partners and the broader marketing team. Execution & Optimization • Lead campaigns from brief through launch, managing timelines, budgets, creative, approvals, and deliverables. • Execute and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, digital advertising, and email. • Use Asana and HubSpot to manage projects, support campaign execution, and track performance. • Build clear post-campaign reporting that turns results into actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify challenges, solve problems, and continuously improve how we plan, execute, and measure membership marketing. What You Bring • 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns. • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Strong strategic, analytical, and project-management skills, with the ability to turn business objectives and audience insights into effective marketing plans. • Experience across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and marketing technology; experience with HubSpot and Asana is an asset. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, combined with curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
