Marketing Specialist & Sales Representative

Your House in Japan helps international clients turn their dream of owning a house or property in Japan into reality.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person to join us as a marketing specialist & sales representative and help grow the project internationally.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based collaboration, with no fixed monthly salary. In return, you will have the opportunity to directly participate in the business and earn commissions from the clients and deals you help generate.

What you would do

You would take over many of the day-to-day tasks, including:

• Managing and improving our website and online presence

• Creating and publishing engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels

• Growing and improving our social media presence

• Generating and nurturing potential leads

• Being the first point of contact for prospective clients

• Understanding their needs and guiding them through the process

• Helping international clients understand how they can buy a house or property in Japan

• Following up with prospects and helping turn enquiries into clients

• Identifying new ideas and opportunities to grow the business

Who we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but you should ideally be:

• A strong communicator in English (other languages are a plus)

• Proactive, independent and entrepreneurial

• Comfortable talking to potential clients and building relationships

• Interested in Japan, real estate, travel or international business

• Comfortable with social media and online tools

• Able to create or coordinate engaging content

• Commercially minded and motivated by results

• Someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions

Knowledge of Japanese is not required, although it would be a plus.

Previous experience in real estate, sales, digital marketing, social media or customer acquisition is also a plus.
